We can manufacture and install a large range of metal railings & fences for your home & property. Our made to order railings are made from durable wrought iron by our blacksmiths, giving a low maintenance fabrication that stands the test of time!

Galvanising
​
Here at Gates Scotland, we always galvanise all of our metalwork. Hot dip galvanising is included in all of our pricing as it really is a necessity for metalwork installed outdoors.
​
Failing to galvanise will guarantee a painful life of maintenance - sanding down rust and painting every single year. It is uneconomical to buy non galvanised metalwork.

We recommend galvanising your new metal railings & fencing (see Finishes for more information) prior to painting to give a rust & corrosion free lifetime! Once galvanised your fabrication can be painted any colour you desire.
​
Powder coating is also available as a finish, which will give you a maintenance free end product.
